Actual Chapter 13 Case Results

We filed a Chapter 13 bankruptcy petition within one business day of meeting our clients in order to help client save their home from foreclosure.  The client was approximately 7-8 months behind on their mortgage payments and the foreclosure was to occur on the day of our bankruptcy filing.  The clients will now be able to catch up on the arrearages on their mortgage during their sixty month bankruptcy plan.
