The clothing company Hartstrings has reportedly filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy. According to reports, the line had partnered with Tori Spelling to launch a kids apparel line, but ended up needing to file. The company reportedly listed about $3,600 in assets and $39.4 million in liabilities. The company has been in business since 1979.
