County Commissioner Files for Chapter 13

Hall County, Florida's commissioner, Craig Lutz, has reportedly filed for Chapter 13 bankruptcy. According to reports, Lutz and his wife filed as a means to develop a plan to repay their past debts over a period of time. It is being reported that Lutz listed more than $630,000 in assets and about $615,000 in liabilities. He is reporting that his income has recently fallen as his elected position allegedly pays less than his previous job with AT&T.
