Vegas’ Venetian Restaurant Owner Filing for Bankruptcy

The company that owns four of the restaurants in and around the Venetian hotel in Vegas has sought out Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection and has closed one of its restaurants. In the filing, E-Brands has listed debts of $10 million to $50 million and assets of $500,000 to $1 million. The company has blamed the tough economy as part of the reason for its need to file bankruptcy.         

Anyone at anytime can find themselves needing to file for bankruptcy, whether personal bankruptcy or as a company.
