Tollway Builders File for Bankruptcy

San Diego tollway builders have filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection. The companies, South Bar Expressway LP and partner California Transportation Ventures Inc. have filed for bankruptcy in part because of the economic and mortgage meltdown. The tollway they built was projected to have 60,000 vehicles daily, but only averaged 23,000.
