Extended Stay Hotels to Exit Bankruptcy

The U.S hotel chain of Extended Stay America Inc. could be exiting bankruptcy protection as soon as June. The company is seeking confirmation of its proposed bankruptcy reorganization plan in June. It is currently looking to emerge from court protection as a privately held firm. Extended Stay noted that the new cash would help it fund operations, make regular debt payments and allow it to spend money on hotel improvements.
