The cargo carrier Arrow Air Inc. has filed for bankruptcy after shutting down all scheduled service operations and has ceased flying as well. The company has listed its debt at as much as $500 million, with assets at as much as $50 million. The Chapter 11 filing is the second bankruptcy filing for the company as they emerged from bankruptcy in June 2004 through a confirmed plan of reorganization.
